How to Start
Activate your service:
Carefully punch out the SIM card from the plastic holder and insert the card in your unlocked GSM mobile phone as instructed in the phone's user manual. Turn on your phone. If your phone prompts you to enter a PIN, then enter a four digit PIN-code (the PIN-code is provided on the back of the TravelSIM card holder).
Your phone will now have a new number that works in over 120 countries!

Recharging your SIM card account

KEEP IN MIND
1. Dial your destination number. When entering the number you wish to call make sure to include <<+>> or 00 in front of the number you are dialing, followed by the country code and local number.
2. Press << Call >> and you will see << Wait for call >> displayed on the screen.
3. In a few seconds you will receive a call, just answer the phone regularly.
4. You will hear the balance of your account and your conversation will start!
How to use your Phone's Phonebook
You can make calls directly from your phone's phonebook. In order to use this feature you must save your contacts in one of the following ways:
00 + country code + city code + phone number: For example: If you want to call USA: 00+1+AREA (561; 305; 954) + Phone number
How to check your TravelSIM Balance
1. Dial 099
2. Press << Call >> (to make a call).
3. Your TravelSIM balance will be displayed on the screen.
TravelSIM Menu
You can call, send SMS, check your balance and add airtime from the "TravelSIM" menu in your mobile phone. Simply select the "TravelSIM" menu from your phone and you immediately have access to the following options:
* Call * Send SMS * Check balance * Add Credit * Customer care

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
When the card is activated, it has 12 months for exploitation as follow:
The initial credit can be used for 3 months, after that, the remaining credit its frozen. For the next 3 months you can unfreeze that credit by adding minutes. In total the credit is good for 6 months.
If the credit is lost after 6 months, the SIM remains active another 6 months = 12 months.
Each top-up reset the timing for 1 year.
If the sim card is used, then it has no limits. If the sim is unrefilled during 12 months at least once its lost. |
